Amazon reimbursement service fees are separate from the reimbursement Amazon approves. Compare who investigates, who files, who follows up and what triggers payment. A low percentage alone does not tell you which option fits your team.

Separate three fee models

Rivet Rocket’s public pricing is not finalized. Confirm tool access, supported cases and any filing assistance with the team; this guide does not assume a flat fee or a free plan.

What providers currently publish

Public terms reviewed October 4, 2026:

  • Seller Investigators publishes a 25% commission payable after recovery. Confirm the agreement, applicable charges and treatment of reversals before engaging.
  • GETIDA describes performance-based pricing on the reviewed page. That page does not specify a percentage, so request the current rate rather than treating an unsourced 25% figure as a quote.

These are descriptions of public offers, not a comparison of recovery performance. The providers’ agreements govern what is billable. Promotional credits or negotiated rates can change the effective cost.

Include minimum charges and subscription access

TrueOps publishes a 10% commission and a platform minimum starting at $9.99 in low-recovery months. Confirm your applicable minimum and billing scope. Read the TrueOps comparison for the fee-floor example and reversal questions.

Sellerise’s pricing FAQ says it does not charge a reimbursement percentage or extra reimbursement fees. Its tool page associates access with the Growing plan, while the FAQ says every subscription plan. Confirm current access and subscription cost. The Sellerise comparison explains the distinction between subscription access and managed recovery.

A monthly minimum is not always an additional charge. If a contract defines it as a floor, calculate the larger of commission or minimum, then add separate charges. The reimbursement fee calculator uses that structure and lets you download the assumptions and results.

Compare net recovery on the same basis

For a percentage fee, service cost equals billable recovery multiplied by the agreed rate. Then add any separate charges and subtract applicable credits. Compare scenarios over the same period and with the same definitions of recovery.

Illustrative arithmetic, not a recovery forecast: If $1,000 is recovered and the agreed commission is 25%, the commission is $250 and $750 remains before other charges or taxes. At a hypothetical 10%, those figures would be $100 and $900. The 10% scenario is an example, not a quoted Rivet Rocket or provider offer.

Self-filing has a time cost too. Estimate the hours spent finding cases, collecting documents, submitting and following up. A service may be worthwhile when it removes work your team cannot reliably handle; a tool may suit a team with the capacity to file.

Ask these questions before signing

  • Which claim types and marketplaces are included?
  • What counts as billable recovery, and are automatic Amazon reimbursements included?
  • When is the fee charged, and are there minimums, setup charges or taxes?
  • What happens to fees if Amazon reverses a reimbursement?
  • Who owns existing cases and cases still open after cancellation?
  • Which account permissions are required, and how is access removed?
  • Can you export the evidence, case history and billing detail?

Match the model to the workflow

Use the filing checklist to see the work your team would retain. Check the policy guide to understand why a flagged discrepancy may not produce a payment. Then explore the Rivet Rocket reimbursement workflow and ask for a current offer based on your account needs.

Compare the level of help

Read the GETIDA comparison and the Seller Investigators comparison to separate case investigation, filing and follow-up from the fee calculation.
