Sellerise uses a different fee model
Sellerise’s pricing FAQ states that reimbursements do not carry a percentage or additional recovery fee. That means comparing subscription cost and included tools, rather than treating Sellerise as a commission-based recovery agency.
The reviewed pricing FAQ says reimbursements are available across subscription plans, while the reimbursement tool page associates access with the Growing plan. Confirm the current plan, price, limits and included access directly. The accessible pricing page did not provide a reliable current plan-price table, so no monthly price is quoted here.
Compare shared self-filing capabilities
Sellerise’s tool page describes opportunity monitoring, refund-status tracking and ready-to-use claim messages. It presents software-assisted claim preparation, rather than a basis for claiming that self-filing is unique to Rivet Rocket.
Ask who submits cases, how follow-up is handled and which marketplaces are supported on the plan you would buy. Review the filing checklist and test the workflow with a real discrepancy before changing tools.
Keep the wider subscription in view
The suite may already support other work your team performs. List the reporting, inventory, advertising, keyword and review tasks you rely on. If you replace the subscription for reimbursements alone, include the time and cost of replacing those other workflows.
AI access is already part of the comparison
Sellerise advertises a read-only MCP integration for querying store data from compatible AI clients, including Claude and ChatGPT. Treat that as a capability to investigate, not something absent from Sellerise.
Ask about available datasets, plan eligibility and revocation controls. Rivet Rocket’s AI brand manager preview shows its direction, but this site does not establish a working equivalent MCP connection or feature parity.
Compare the requirements
| Decision | Provider offer | Rivet Rocket direction |
|---|---|---|
| Billing | Subscription; no reimbursement commission stated | Brands: $297/month; confirm refund access and separate service fees |
| Reimbursement access | Public pages disagree on plan inclusion; confirm | Confirm supported claim types and access |
| Filing workflow | Monitoring and claim templates advertised | Evidence review and self-filing preparation direction |
| AI integration | Read-only MCP advertised | AI brand manager preview; connector availability unconfirmed |
| Breadth | Broader software suite | Focused tools and team workflows under development |
Use a subscription quote in the fee calculator
Enter the subscription quote and any additional charges under Model B in the fee calculator. Use the same billing period as the recovery amount. If both options have fixed fees, run the two quotes separately and compare total cost.
The calculator allocates the full entered fee to the scenario. It does not assign a fair share of a suite subscription to reimbursements, model annual discounts or claim the subscription is free because commissions are zero.
Where focused tools may fit
A team that needs a specific case-review or pricing workflow can explore Rivet Rocket’s individual previews. Confirm actual availability, team permissions, usage limits and costs before deciding. There is no verified claim here that Rivet Rocket can replace the entire Sellerise suite.
For teams managing a brand internally, review the in-house workflow. Agencies can discuss multi-brand requirements with Alfredo.
