What TrueOps publishes
TrueOps’ pricing page lists a 10% commission and a platform minimum starting at $9.99 in low-recovery months. It describes an initial free scan and filing after payment details are supplied. Confirm your applicable minimum and billable recovery definitions before signing.
Its terms describe the platform minimum as a floor on total commission fees for the billing cycle, rather than an additional full charge. Its FAQ says commission applies to recoveries resulting from its work, not automatic Amazon reimbursements.
Understand the low-recovery month
Illustrative fee scenario: At $50 billable recovery, 10% is $5. With an applicable $9.99 minimum floor, the modeled fee is $9.99, leaving $40.01 before other charges. At $1,000 billable recovery, 10% is $100 and exceeds that floor. These examples assume those terms apply to your agreement.
In the fee calculator, enter the agreed commission under Model A and the applicable floor under Minimum total fee. Compare a fixed-fee quote over the same period. The calculator assumes equal recovery and does not model later reversals or service performance.
Who owns the work?
Managed recovery may suit a team that wants a provider to investigate and file. Ask TrueOps how each supported event is reviewed, who responds to Amazon and what records you can export. For self-filing, use the filing checklist to see the responsibilities your team would retain.

Reversals and billing definitions
TrueOps’ FAQ describes credits against future invoices when a reversal creates a new discrepancy. Its terms qualify when credits apply. Confirm the treatment of inventory found or restored, whether credits are refunds or invoice offsets, and how remaining credits are handled if you cancel.
Keep cash reimbursement, inventory restoration and reversals separate in your reconciliation. Do not assume a found unit is free of commission simply because no cash moved. Check the agreement’s valuation and billing definition for that outcome.
Where Rivet Rocket fits
The Rivet Rocket preview focuses on reviewing potential discrepancies and their supporting records, then preparing a filing in Seller Central. The preview uses illustrative data. Ask Alfredo about supported marketplaces, claim types, account access and any additional filing help.
We have not established that Rivet Rocket offers the same managed service, equal recovery results or lower total cost. Bring the TrueOps quote and the workflow you want to delegate to the conversation.
