“Should we test this now, given our stock situation?”

Check the shipment timing first.

The example has 18 days of cover against your team’s 30-day arrival assumption: a potential 12-day gap. Confirm when stock can become sellable before choosing the test timing. Your goal is to protect availability.

Continue: “What should I check with operations?”

Confirm current sellable units, recent sales velocity and whether any stock can arrive sooner. Keep the product’s priority and source dates in the review, then agree who owns the next check.

From Perfect Price to your AI brand manager

A price idea.
Your brand’s next decision.

A tool finding starts the question. Your AI brand manager brings the stock evidence and your brand’s priorities into the same conversation.

01 / The evidence and context

One product. Different inputs.

  • Connected Amazon records · illustrative

TRAIL-01 has 180 sellable units in the October 9 stock snapshot. Sales averaged 10 units a day over October 1–7. Amazon reports can arrive after the dates they cover.

  • Tool findings · illustrative

Perfect Price suggests testing $25.10 instead of $24.80. NevahOOS shows 18 days of cover at that sales rate. These findings give you a starting point to investigate.

  • Context you supply · example

“TRAIL-01 is our best seller. Protect availability. The supplier says the shipment is late; assume 30 days until the stock is sellable.”

The goal, product priority and shipment timing come from your team. They are not a live supplier feed or a confirmed Amazon arrival.

02 / Continue with the finding

Ask with the brand in view.

Perfect Price suggests $25.10 for TRAIL-01. Should we test it now?

Check the shipment timing first.

At 10 units a day, 180 units gives you 18 days of cover. Your 30-day arrival assumption leaves a potential 12-day gap. That matters to your goal of protecting availability.

Confirm when the shipment can become sellable before choosing the test timing. The price suggestion does not tell us how demand will change or solve the stock gap.

Continue: “The supplier confirms 30 days. What next?”

Check whether any stock can arrive sooner. Name an owner to confirm the sellable arrival date, then decide whether to test now or wait. If you test, record the price change and review sales and conversion alongside stock at the next check.

Your team changes prices, arranges shipments and reviews the outcome.

Illustrative, prewritten exchange. No live account, supplier connection or AI call. Saved context shapes the explanation; it does not change the forecast math.
